Terms and conditions for our services

By booking a trip with Ride up Bike, the participant agrees with the following conditions of service delivery:

1. Registration and payment

Registration via e-mail or through our website is legally binding. You will receive a written confirmation. At the time of booking we ask you to deposit 50% of the total amount of your trip booking. The remaining 50% must be paid to the invoice (20 days maximum to complete the transaction).

2. Small groups

RideUp is leading small groups. If the required minimum number of customers according to the description is not reached, we will find an individual solution. (eg surcharge for a private excursion).

3. Program change

RideUp reserves the right to make changes to the program.

4. Cancellation by RideUp

We reserve the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of customers for a trip has not been respected or in case of unforeseen events. We will inform you within the last two weeks before the trip. In this case, the repayment of the payments received from RideUp must be returned in full. Further requests can not be made.

5. Cancellation by the participant

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by mail or e-mail to RideUp. Cancellations are allowed within a maximum period of 10 days for the Tours and 48 hours for the E-Bike rental

6. Insurance and risks

Check that you know that cycling is a dangerous activity and that you understand you need insurance and we recommend that every member of your group does so. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate to your particular needs while you are on holiday with us.
In addition, RideUp can not be held responsible for damage to property (eg bikes) and / or individuals due to unsatisfactory bike conditions, as bicycle conditions can be affected by use or transport.
A certified helmet is mandatory. For the assistance and maintenance work on the bike it is the responsibility of the respective owner.

7. Jurisdiction

The competent court is the Court of Cuneo.
